Additional Documentation We Require

In addition, we require confirmation of your bank account number. This could be a pre-printed deposit slip, bank statement or an internet print out. Confirmation of bank account must include the full account number and account holder’s name. If you provide an internet banking print-out, it must show the bank's web address (to confirm it is an authentic account).

Documents can be uploaded and submitted below. Alternatively, they can be emailed to holidaypay@fssi.co.nz or posted to FSSI Holiday Pay, 167 Main North Road, Private Bag 4705, Christchurch 8140.
